End-of-Life Announcement for T-WEB Version 1

TT Fuel’s T-WEB Version 1, which was originally released in 2013, is built on the Microsoft Silverlight Internet application platform.

Microsoft has recently made an announcement that they have decided to end their support for Silverlight in the latter half of 2021.

As such, TT Fuel will no longer be able to operate the T-WEB Version 1 web-service, which will reach its End-of-Life on 19 April 2021.

T-WEB is an innovative and evolving product that is aligned with market requirements and built from the latest available software resources to ensure the optimum customer experience and, in 2016, TT Fuel released the T-WEB Version 2 web-service, which operates on the .NET platform.

T-WEB 2 provides an enhanced experience for customers that use T-WEB 1, in terms of expanded functionality and ease-of-use. The transition from T-WEB 1 to T-WEB 2 is simple and seamless, with customers able to use their existing login Username and Password to access T-WEB 2.

The T-WEB 1 login page provides a link for customers to load the T-WEB 2 login page and the TT Fuel T-WEB support team are available to assist with the transition as required.

TT Fuel recommends that customer start using T-WEB 2 as soon as possible to ensure that their transition is completed before the 19th April.
